2. What data we process, why and for how long

2.1 Visiting the website webright.sk

Our website does not use cookies or any other tracking technologies, analytics tools or advertising networks, and contains no third-party scripts. When you visit the site, our web hosting provider processes only the technical data necessary to deliver the page and keep the service secure (server logs): IP address, date and time of access, requested URL, status code, browser and operating system type.

2.2 Contacting us by e-mail or phone

If you contact us, we process the data you provide: name, e-mail address, phone number, company name and the content of the communication.

In the course of cooperation we process identification, contact and billing data of clients, suppliers and their contact persons.

2.4 Mobile applications we publish

Mobile applications published on the App Store or Google Play under the name Webright s.r.o. are designed to process as little personal data as possible. Unless a specific application has its own privacy policy (linked in the app store listing or inside the app), the following applies:

If an application needs to process additional data to work (for example a user account, location or photos), we inform you in that application's own privacy policy and request the necessary permissions within the app.

3. Cookies

The website webright.sk does not use cookies or similar technologies (localStorage, pixels, fingerprinting). We therefore do not ask for your consent under the ePrivacy rules (Section 109(8) of Slovak Act No. 452/2021 Coll. on Electronic Communications).

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Access is limited to processors that provide services necessary for running our business, under a contract pursuant to Article 28 GDPR:

We process personal data within the European Union / European Economic Area. Should any provider process data outside the EU/EEA, this happens only on the basis of an adequacy decision or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Articles 45 and 46 GDPR).

You can exercise your rights by e-mail at info@webright.sk. We will respond without undue delay and at the latest within one month. Providing your data is voluntary; however, without contact details we will not be able to respond to your enquiry or enter into a contract with you.

We do not carry out automated individual decision-making or profiling.

6. Security

We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse – in particular encrypted communication (HTTPS/TLS), access control, multi-factor authentication for company accounts and regular backups.

We may update this policy from time to time, for example when legislation or our services change. The current version is always available on this page; the effective date is stated at the top.
